What Is S.P.E.L.L.?

You are your own person, with your own body, and what works for the person next to you probably won’t yield the same results for you. The solution: customized training, a program created just for YOU, for your goals, your schedule, and with someone to help you personally along the way, helping you SPELL it all out.

My passion is health and wellness, I have a background in nursing, personal training and nutrition. I am a stay at home mom who understands how demanding raising a family can be. And I am here to walk alongside you, offering customized fitness routines, nutrition advice, prayerful support and accountability.

Though I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise, Licensed Practical Nurse, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition through the International Sports Science Association, and a Specialist in Sports Nutrition through the International Sports Science Association, and am Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified; I am not a physician or registered dietician, you should always consult your physician before following any physical exercise or nutrition suggestions.  All opinions expressed within this website are my own.
